As you know, this last weekend, we had a special collection for the Pastoral Works fund. Thank you so much for your generosity. Our pastoral fund helps to support ALPHA, Youth Ministry, Start & End of Pastoral Year BBQs, Corpus Christi celebrations, Parents & Tots, and the Christmas Concert and we hope to implement more ministries. There are some pastoral works that bear no costs, such as visiting and giving communion at the Hospital and to Long-Term care residents and prayer groups. If you have an idea, any idea, that you feel would help in our pastoral endeavours, please speak with Fr. Jon or Lorne. We can always use more volunteers as well as your ideas!

SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION
First Communion formation centers on the Order of the Mass. Children gain an understanding of the Mass and the true presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. Children must be in the second grade or higher and have prepared for and celebrated the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Registrations are open for Baptisms, First Communion and Confirmation. SALESIANS: FAREWELL MASS AND LUNCHEON
Please join us at the farewell Mass of Thanksgiving with Archbishop Marcel on

Precious Blood Parish in Glen Walter is holding their regular BINGO on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, in the church hall. Doors open at 5:00pm. We will have EARLY BIRD GAMES starting at 6:20 pm. Bingo starts at 7:00pm. Tell your family and friends. Hope to see you there!
