WORDS FROM OUR PASTOR:

We continue our Preaching Series on Stewardship, part three, this weekend with the focus on our treasure, and our finances. How is God asking us to serve? Money is a powerful force in our lives. Jesus says that what we do with our money has the ability to take our heart with it (Luke 12:34). God cares about what we do with 100 percent of our money. How do we steward all of our money and make sure that the ways we use money aligns with our values? God has called us to serve our neighbors, both near and far. How is God calling us, as individuals and as a parish community, to use the resources that God has entrusted to our care to love God and our neighbors both locally and globally? As we prepare for a new Liturgical Season with Advent next weekend, let’s also prepare for our Commitment Sunday (December 2/3). Let’s pray and discern how we can spend more time with God in prayer, how we can use our talents in parish ministries, and how we can continue making a consistent gift to our parish family and community.  Please click here to continue.

Do you want to Serve Like Jesus? Our current preaching series is all about service, there are many ways you can start to serve at the parish, from ministries at Mass to outreach in our community.  Click here to continue.
