HAPPY 4TH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME!

Our Lord this week invites us once again to have an undivided heart. God in Our Lord Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (Jn 14:1-6). He walks with us on our journey. He teaches His Truth. He gives us His life in the Sacraments of the Church. Again, today we see His role as teacher in our lives, and the people were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one having authority and not as the scribes. What does this new teaching with authority mean for us, our families, our parishes? Jesus taught “with authority”, that is, he was the author of what he said. And, His teaching had authority in a further sense: it made things happen.  Click here to continue
