FYI: Please note that due to the snow day this past Thursday, our school mass got cancelled/postponed, and now rescheduled for next Thursday, February 2, at 10am. As a result, there will be no 8am Mass.


Let us continue praying for vocations to the priesthood. I invite you to offer the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary for priestly vocations. Even if you can’t do it every day, perhaps offer it once a week. Typically, these mysteries are prayed on Thursdays; however, you can choose any day.


Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults: We have a few people participating in weekly RCIA gatherings right now. Please pray for all involved! For more info., please contact Fr. Blake at the parish office.


Thank you for your generosity towards our 2022 K of C Christmas Drive. Our final amount collected is $3905! We will use the entire amount for the needy in our area.

Do you have a couple of hours to volunteer to count the weekly collections? In accordance with policies and procedures of the Diocese, we are looking to increase members of the Collection Count Committee at all parishes. The Alexandria-Cornwall Council of the CWL invites you to another “Evening for the Love of Chocolate” at the Cornwall Legion Hall. It’s a fun evening with about 50 varieties of chocolate treats, sandwiches and many varieties of scrumptious food. The event takes place on Friday evening, February 10th from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Entertainment & participation throughout the evening. Blessed Sacrament Parish is holding a Valentine’s Day Concert on Sunday, February 12th in the parish hall from 6 to 8pm.  The concert is being held as a special occasion for everyone and a fundraiser for the parish.  
The performers are Ed O’Brien & Marie Cameron, amazing performers and Kevin Rivette who is well known in this area for his powerful voice. 
There will be a cash bar and refreshments will be served.  The cost consists of a free will offering with $10 per person being a suggested amount.
