Pastor’s Blog –

St. Paul reminds us that God is an abundant God – He is the ultimate giver of gifts.  He promises to give us all that we need.  Remember, that we are created in God’s image and likeness.  We, too, are made to be generous with all of our gifts as well.  Placing our trust in God frees us from being a slave to possessions.

Our Next Book Study!

Our next book study will begin on Monday, January 17 at 7:00 pm on Zoom. We’ll be discussing Life is Messy by Matthew Kelly.

A little bird said something about Santa giving this book to parishioners for Christmas…

“Can someone who has been devastatingly broken, be healed, and become more beautiful and more lovable than ever before?  Life is messy. It isn’t a colour-within-the-lines exercise. It’s a wild and outrageous invitation full of uncertain outcomes. The mess of life is both inevitable and unexpected. It is filled with delightful mysteries and frustrating predicaments.”
